Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

Scormate Course Builder (the "Service") is provided by Velychko Nataliia Valeriivna (FOP), a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine, 1A Litynska Street, apt. 68, Kyiv 02092, Ukraine ("we", "us"). Contact: kashmensky@gmail.com.

2. The Service

The Service generates draft e-learning courses from documents you upload, lets you review and edit them, and exports them as SCORM packages. Courses are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing a course and its assessments before you publish it to learners.

3. Accounts and beta access

You sign in with a Scormate account. During the beta, access is by invitation and may include limits on the number of courses you can generate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

4. Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

A SCORM export purchase is a one-time payment for one course. It lets members of the workspace that bought it download SCORM packages of that course in every language, without a limit on the number of downloads. The price is shown on our website and at checkout before you pay. If you choose to save your payment method at checkout, it is stored by Paddle, and it is charged only when you confirm a new purchase.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and to the courses you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you, including sending them to the AI model providers listed in our Privacy Notice. You confirm that you have the right to use the documents you upload.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to upload unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or malware; to attempt to access other users' data; or to disrupt or overload the Service.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is in beta and is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid features. Course packages you have already downloaded keep working on their own; they do not depend on the Service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
